The design skillfully navigates the site's constraints, using a narrow, 10-foot access to connect the front and back portions of the property, creating a surprising and expansive retreat.

The architectural concept is defined by a modern, minimalist aesthetic, a clever use of screening and landscaping, and sophisticated lighting design. The front of the property, visible from the road, features an old building whose facade has been completely reimagined. It is now covered by a striking screen of vertical MS tubular sections, which not only acts as a major design feature but also serves as the dramatic entrance to the venue. This front area is versatile, used for either parking or an outdoor dining space, with subtle accent lighting highlighting the architectural elements and guiding visitors.

Upon passing through this entrance, guests are greeted by the main event spaces. The core of the venue is a spacious 3,500 sq ft banquet hall that opens out to a vast 10,000 sq ft lawn. This seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces is key to the design, allowing for large-scale events that flow effortlessly between the hall and the manicured grounds. The vertical tubular sections are extended into the design of the lawn area, serving as a screen for the adjacent guest rooms, ensuring privacy without sacrificing natural light or air circulation. The outdoor lighting is strategically placed to illuminate pathways, emphasize landscaping, and create a magical ambiance for evening events, with uplighting and pathway lights enhancing the greenery and architectural features.

Adding to the venue's appeal are six guest rooms, providing convenient accommodation for event attendees. The landscaping is carefully considered, with lush greenery and elegant water features adding a tranquil and resort-like feel. The overall design of "Secret Meadows" successfully transforms an unpromising plot into a stunning, functional, and discreetly luxurious venue for events, where thoughtful lighting plays a crucial role in defining its sophisticated atmosphere both day and night.
