Our design for the Town Hall campus redevelopment, a key Patna Smart City initiative, was driven by the necessity of resolving extreme traffic and parking demand at the vital Kashi Vishwanath Temple crossing while preserving the site’s heritage. The solution centered on innovative layering: we installed a single basement parking facility for 200 ECS and utilized its roof as a landscaped podium park. This approach minimized impact on the century-old Town Hall building. The new public space seamlessly merges with the ground and provides modern civic amenities, including a food court, kids' play area, meditation zone, and flexible cultural venues like an Amphitheatre and Open-Air Expo Zone.
